Refunds are only possible in cases where the user has not accessed the paid materials and the refund was requested within 24 hours of payment.
2. Return Policy
Funds may be refunded if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request was received no later than 24 hours after payment:
- The user has not accessed the paid materials:
- Payment was made directly through the official website https://wsd.academy;
- The user provides correct data for transaction identification.
3. Grounds for refusal to refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 24 hours have passed since payment was made:
- The user has accessed paid materials;
- Access was provided via a promo code or as part of a limited promotion;
- The refund is requested for subjective reasons (e.g, 'changed my mind', 'expected something else', 'just didn't like it').

- The name and email address used for payment
- The date and time of payment
- The reason for the refund request
5. Refund method
Funds will be refunded using the same method used for payment, minus any payment system fees (if applicable).
